ENRICO PICCIONE
Enrico Piccione is of counsel to the firm.
He has a solid experience in the field of real estate law and administrative liability of legal bodies (Legislative Decree 231/01), matters that he taught as a professor in specialization courses held by “Università degli Studi” of Milan.
He worked for major law firms in Milan in the field of civil and commercial law and mergers-acquisitions.
Thanks to his perfect knowledge of the French language, Enrico is specialized in the judicial and extrajudicial assistance in favour of Italian and French companies, with particular reference to their commercial relationships.
Enrico also provides advice in arbitration proceedings and in trade disputes.
Enrico graduated with honors from “Università degli Studi” of Milan in 2002. He is member of the Milan Bar since 2006 and since 2016 of the Nice Bar.
